Founded in 2016 by Gerald Soto, Amanda Brownell, and Adnan LaPamuk—veterans with over 300 successful quote-to-cash system implementations—PeakCommerce emerged to solve a critical challenge: companies were investing heavily in customer experience but lacked agile tools to execute. We pioneered the world’s first Digital Journey Monetization platform to unify the subscriber journey across billing, CRM, and support systems.
