Our Story

PeakCommerce was born from a singular vision: make subscription commerce simpler. Co-founders Gerald Soto, Amanda Brownell, and Adnan LaPamuk brought together decades of deep quote-to-cash expertise, and what started as a focused consulting practice quickly grew into something much bigger.

After tackling every monetization challenge the subscription economy could throw at them — from complex hybrid pricing models to multi-system billing orchestration — the team channeled that hands-on experience into building the PeakCommerce platform.

PeakCommerce pioneered Digital Journey Monetization — embedding revenue actions directly into the digital experiences where buying intent naturally occurs. No more disconnected workflows. No more manual handoffs between systems.

Today, PeakCommerce is building the Autonomous Revenue Platform — an AI-powered system that enables businesses of every model to optimize, execute, and grow revenue autonomously, turning quote-to-cash expertise into intelligent, self-driving commerce.

And we did it the hard way: we rebuilt PeakCommerce from the ground up as an AI- and API-first platform. The API is the system of record, the catalog is machine-readable, and agent authentication is a first-class primitive — not a thin wrapper around a checkout UI. There are no legacy UI-coupled paths to work around, because there is no legacy UI underneath.
