PeakCommerce Raises Series B to Accelerate Autonomous Revenue

Today, we're thrilled to announce that PeakCommerce has raised $48 million in Series B funding, led by Summit Partners with participation from existing investors Accel and FirstMark Capital. This brings our total funding to $72 million and positions us to accelerate our vision of Autonomous Revenue for subscription businesses worldwide.

Why We Raised

The subscription commerce market is at an inflection point. Companies are no longer satisfied with basic billing and invoicing tools. They need intelligent platforms that can autonomously optimize every aspect of the revenue lifecycle — from initial pricing and quoting through renewal and expansion. The demand for our platform has grown 4x year-over-year, and this funding allows us to meet that demand while investing in the next generation of capabilities.

Where the Money Goes

We're deploying this capital across three strategic priorities:

Product Innovation — We're doubling our engineering team to accelerate development of our AI-powered Revenue Engine. We're also investing heavily in our Commerce Hub to support more channels, more payment methods, and more complex pricing models.

Global Expansion — While our customer base spans 30 countries, we've primarily served the North American and European markets. Customer Success at Scale — As our customer base grows, so does our commitment to customer outcomes. We're investing in scaled customer success programs, including an expanded professional services team, a customer education platform, and a partner ecosystem that extends our implementation and optimization capabilities.
