About the role
PeakCommerce sells subscriptions across many surfaces — ecommerce storefronts, self-service and CSR portals, payment pages, and conversational and agentic commerce flows. As a Product Designer, you'll shape how customers and their buyers experience those surfaces, turning the complexity of subscription billing into checkout and account flows that feel simple and trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end flows across our commerce surfaces — checkout, subscription management, upgrades and downgrades, and partner and CSR workflows.
- Make subscription concepts like proration, rate plans, and amendments understandable to non-technical buyers through clear UI.
- Build and extend our design system so the experience stays consistent as the product grows.
- Run lightweight research — talking to customers, reviewing usage — to ground design decisions in how people actually transact.
- Work closely with engineers to ship designs faithfully and adjust based on real implementation constraints.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing shipped web product work (not just marketing or visual design).
- Strength in interaction and information design — you can make dense, multi-step flows feel clear.
- Comfort designing for B2B or commerce products where accuracy and trust matter.
- Fluency in a modern design tool (Figma) and the ability to collaborate directly with engineers.
- Bonus: experience designing checkout, billing, or account-management experiences.
