Apr 22, 2026·Announcement·Redwood City, CA

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 22, 2026 — PeakCommerce, the revenue execution layer for modern SaaS, today introduced a set of enterprise access controls and audit logging capabilities, giving security and operations teams granular control over who can act on the platform and full visibility into what happens across their revenue execution layer.

As a platform that executes revenue transactions across storefronts, portals, partner channels, conversations, and autonomous agents, PeakCommerce handles sensitive contract, pricing, and customer data on behalf of its customers. The new capabilities help teams enforce least-privilege access and maintain a clear, reviewable record of activity.

What's included

  • Role-based access controlGranular roles and permissions so teams grant only the access each person or system needs.
  • Single sign-onSAML-based SSO to integrate PeakCommerce with existing identity providers.
  • Audit loggingDetailed, exportable logs of configuration changes and transaction activity for review and compliance workflows.

"Trust is foundational when you're the layer that executes a company's revenue," said the company's Chief Information Security Officer. "These controls give our customers' security teams the granularity and visibility they expect — including over the autonomous agents now transacting on their behalf."

The new access controls and audit logging are available to PeakCommerce customers today.
