Kaana is the RevOps execution platform that bridges signed contracts to live subscriptions, monitors billing and revenue systems for drift, and gives RevOps teams a single place to run implementations, requirements, and testing. PeakCommerce connects to Kaana so commerce activity is part of the same execution surface as Salesforce, Zuora, and Stripe.
What you can do
- Stream PeakCommerce orders, subscriptions, and amendments into Kaana's System Feed for telemetry and drift detection
- Bridge signed contracts to PeakCommerce subscriptions through Kaana Relay automations
- Auto-create Kaana Service Requests when a PeakCommerce checkout, dunning run, or webhook fails
- Surface PeakCommerce data inside Kaana Projects & Activities for billing platform migrations and rollouts
- Validate PeakCommerce configuration changes against Kaana Requirements & Testing before they ship
How it works
Kaana REST API + webhooks for bidirectional event and entity sync. Authentication is configured once from the PeakCommerce console — no middleware or custom infrastructure required. Events flow bidirectionally in near real time, with retries and a full audit trail surfaced in the operations console.
Built on the same security foundation
Every integration runs on PeakCommerce's SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure with encrypted-at-rest credentials, scoped access tokens, audit logging, and granular permissioning. Tokens are stored in our hardened secrets vault and never exposed to customer-facing surfaces.
