How it works
Zendesk Apps Framework + Support API for bidirectional sync. Authentication is configured once from the PeakCommerce console — no middleware or custom infrastructure required. Events flow bidirectionally in near real time, with retries and a full audit trail surfaced in the operations console.
Built on the same security foundation
Every integration runs on PeakCommerce's SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure with encrypted-at-rest credentials, scoped access tokens, audit logging, and granular permissioning. Tokens are stored in our hardened secrets vault and never exposed to customer-facing surfaces.
